Virtix Health WISeR Provider Portal
Register Now to Submit WISeR Prior Authorization Requests
The Virtix Health WISeR Provider Portal is now live. Available to Washington State providers and suppliers, designated users can now request prior authorization and pre-payment medical review for 15 identified outpatient services through our secure provider portal.
Register today to submit, track, and manage your prior authorizations. To get started, please email wiser.support@virtixhealth.com with the subject line “Requesting Portal Access” and include the following information:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Facility Name and Address
- Facility PTAN
- Facility NPI
- Tax ID
Once your request is processed, you will receive a welcome email with your login credentials.
